Good article, Sheila. For me, the lesson here is what I’ve long known: the Constitution is just a scrap of old paper at this point and none of these governmental agencies have any legitimacy. They have power, but that’s it. What we can do about it is beyond me.

The US Constitution is a legal document that has the consent of the governed, in practice and in principle. I’ll stack it against the lurid objectives of any surveillance statist, drawing down a paycheck from probing Americans.

The US intelligence state maintains a predatory posture towards the US people. They cannot wait to label every dissenting citizen a terrorist. It is never a crime to want to defund and reorganize the US intel community for cause. Those grants should abolished. Any funds reallocated to FEMA & CBP for actual problems.

They manipulate interagency agreements by withholding benefits to the American people, extorting the inexperienced, and attempting to turn every American into them- essential spies for the deep state; which is intolerable.

They’re the adversary in this scenario. They will not prevail against The People.

Well, except until that’s proven true, they have been and are winning. I wish it were otherwise, but... we know from Kent State that they have their Final Solution on the nightstand. Having studied revolutions, there’d need to be two things for that to successfully happen: the military siding with the people and international aid. I don’t see the military aiding. I could be wrong, there could be dissenters. But I don’t believe it is likely. International aid- maybe, but there again, caution is advised. This isn’t 1776.

Love, that is theatre. Change isn’t going to come from electoral politics. It’s the republican version of the Squad. Trying to Pied Piper people back into the dead end of electoralism.

They wouldn’t have made it as far as they have in their careers if they were truly outsiders. And IF, by some miracle, they really are rebels, it’s going to get REALLY messy. They’ll either be bought off or their plane crashes. I’m not saying I’m above being paid off, but when do they ever offer a carrot when the sticks are cheaper? They’ll settle for nothing less than complete subjugation, and that simply is untenable for me.
