Elon Musk tweeted, “lmao” yesterday on ‘X’ to the Democratic party AI/Tech fascists sudden rush to pony up payola (pay-to-play) into Trump’s inaugural fund to the tune of $1 million per enterprise head.
Amazon, Apple, Google and Facebook et.al. all have federal contracts riders. DOGE could drop the axe on their “research” projects i.e. consumerist mass surveillance masked as ad surveillance/API grift. Their DoD contracts won’t be a ‘thing’ if the federal government won’t pay to make it happen. If it doesn’t actually defend the United States from threats, they might get dropped.

Speculation is catnip. It’s not illegal when anyone does it, even if it earns you a conspiracy theory label. If you’re not afraid of that badge, you can fly free on Speculation Drone Airlines.
It appears someone near to D.C. is having a drone tantrum. Someone is flying undeclared clandestine private property over major US bases, sensitive locations and flouting US airspace and domestic public safety. Some part of what is happening is illegal. The drone fleet operators know it. If the governors of New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and other US States could openly sue to legally confine the drone owner/operator, I expect they would.
It stands for the States in the path of these drones, who according to John Kirby, DHS and the Pentagon, “are not a threat”, to sue the federal government, place an emergencyinjunction or some kind of legal limit on their authority for lack of decisive action.
The burden is now on the federal government to prove they are not a threat by asking, what evidence do they have? The drones are threatening to the public now, today. Denialism is not a real public policy strategy. The public said they are threatened. That is what makes it makes it a public threat.
There are more avenues available to the US States. Donald Trump weighed in that local governments should take down one of the drones. They may get a pardon, if prosecuted. If State actors did take one down they could identify the owner and operating client. Then take appropriate legal action against them for terrorizing local US citizens.
Incidentally, Joe Biden has a history of terrorizing US citizens in NY and over the East Coast using small aircraft. He’s proven to be a petty, mean spirited man who abuses his State given powers to terrorize civilians when he directed his pilot in 2012 to fly his commuter plane low over Manhattan during Obama’s first term. So if these 7 US States don’t assert themselves soon, they may be concurrently bullied by occluded members of the federal government acting out of spite.
Well…we just don’t know. I cannot confirm or deny what I don’t know. (See? That GLOMAR door can swing both ways.)
If it’s not a threat and no one owns it and its not actually anything that we can confirm if you shoot down anything, you shoot down nothing. You shoot down a technically operating 2 ton mechanically remote sensor operated nothing that is not a threat and is owned by no one and not a foreign actor. Nothing should also happen to the person who shoots it down. (MMMH! MMMH! How does that nothing burger taste with that nothing shakedown?)
Let’s say it isn’t Joe Biden, or members of the Biden Administration running strategic socialist interference game for China. Who else might displaying their drone powers over US soil?
