CALLIN: The El Paso Update: Life Without A Sense of Safety

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE BIDEN POST-MORTEM: 

BREAKING THIS AFTERNOON: "CBP opens soft-sided migrant processing facility in Northeast El Paso"

KVIA reported that Biden was shown pictures of border crossing vagrants encamped in downtown El Paso by Mayor Oscar Leeser and that "just pior" to Biden's appearance CBP border encounters "were going down" for example 759 interactions/day  vs. over 1,800+/day.  [As Reported at during 6 AM Morning Newscast]

Biden also did meet with local NGO's during the visit.

100% of the locals I spoke to about the Biden visit do not feel safe living in El Paso now due to the cartel crime. Local publications also have run concurrent policy editorials on how to address the border crisis directly impacting their city.

Dear Subscribers,

I’m working on budget and access for another trip to the border. It has come to my frequent attention what is allowed out onto the mainstream is frequently thin gruel compared to what is actually lying around on the ground at the source.

What I hope to achieve by transiting towards the border region to hear from people different experiences, get them to tell some of their stories and to demonstrate what’s there.

Last month we spoke to Joseph Vargas who presented an unvarnished account of transiting migrants from Mexico as a source of arrest. Since that time mainstream journalists have tried sourcing Mexican journalism for news and reports of an oncoming war.

Here is what we know.

• El Chapo’s son was captured by the Mexican army.
