[UPDATED] Interpreting The Socialist's Crooked Rights Violation Complaints

Socialists will yell their rights are being violated to equivocate & demand State enforcement of tyranny. Late complaints, arrests, defense of political violence all fall in with that agenda.

INTERPRETING SOCIALIST POLITICAL PROTEST

Socialists (DSA, American Leftists, UN Globalists, American Fascists, Communist Party members) are in favor of:

• slavery, or compulsory State labor

• ownership of persons by the State

• abolition of private property, intellectual property

• mass surveillance

• internal passports

• censorship (individual or press, media), criminalization of speech

• intellectual tyranny

• abolition of religious traditions and individual freedoms

• government control of banks and marketplaces

• one party elections/rule

• rules based crimes, or arbitrary rules based on identity PR

• collective punishment

• interpersonal tyranny & corruption, nepotism

• randomly enforced politicized criminal violence or State sanctioned terrorism

They are opposed to:

• national sovereignty

• democratic multiparty voting & free elections

• dissent against government policies

• observance of State laws that are not socialist in nature

• individual rights, human rights or natural rights

• civil liberty

  IF A SOCIALIST COMPLAINS THEIR CIVIL LIBERTIES ARE BEING VIOLATED ASK YOURSELF:
  

• Could this apply to any American? For instance, could an overly sensitive or intellectually dishonest person maliciously lie or misreport status against rules based orders in the bureaucracy to imprison someone by criminal association?

• Does this given rules based process give up enforcement power to a foreign State body?

• Does the American State possess rules based powers to repress the speech or dissent rights of this individual? Is the enforcement action constitutional?

• Does the complaint have legal merit pertaining to civil liberties & rights granted to all Americans?

If the answers to these questions at first look are conclusively, ‘Yes’ based on free speech precedents or Constitutional process, their complaint has merit.

If the answers are mostly ‘No’, AND selective enforcement judicial actions move them to turnstile bail procedures, they are trying to build the legal case for communist tyranny in your City or State.
