Polemics can turn any innocent thing you do into some terminal of immoral public function. That’s their job. They are part character assassin, part editorial arsonist, part town crier. They always give your power to some other guy.
Elections are about consent to govern. Trump, overwhelmingly, received the national public vote of consent because of the hard-of-hearing unfunctional autocrats who maintain the US Presidency today.
The Biden Administration rented out the United States to the globalists at G-20 Bali, opened U.S. borders to International peril of women and children everywhere and put the US economy in the hospital. They forgot basic American services in times of emergency to be petty and political. They attempted to force sterilization agendas on young people laundered as transgender theory in public funded education. They pushed mass psychological operations and bankrolled Pfizer’s vaccination campaigns, internationally. Then they used force of emergency powers to sanction public workers, who would or could not, take the vaccine as prescribed by the government. They deployed weaponized social media to censor Americans. The same Americans who always had a right to oppose US intervention in Biden’s foreign war interests or who had contrary scientific evidence to COVID-19 immunization and other medical matters.
So yes, unless you are dead or a direct beneficiary of Biden crime agendas, you probably voted for Trump. That doesn’t mean Trump has perfect national consent and a freeway of agreement on all things. He will still have to negotiate his steps per issue, but it will be a lot easier and better to unify the other POTUS, the People of The United States.
So where does that leave our rhetorical divisionistas? The culture warriors who demand to know why you don’t precisely agree with their partisan talking points, to then dump trash whether you had a valid point or not. Smart people stop talking when they’ve been presented evidence that contradicts a strident assertion. Polemics have smart generals. There are a mass ton more of unthinking self-deputized infantry who will still attack their countrymen for no well founded reason, “because Trump needs a win.”
THE WAR IS OVER.
One of the best reasons to observe Veterans’ Day is to take stock of all the wars that Americans fought in. Some of those wars were won. Some of them were lost. The only thing they had in common were that Americans fought them. All living veterans everywhere can tell you that there is a time when the war ends and the time when the war ends for you.
There was a cold civil war in this country. It was the ruling party against the rest of us. That constitutes a religious sect of government-worshipping partisans who live in capitol dots all over the country. They know Presidential campaign political operatives personally. They had funders at their mansions on the coasts. They backed celebrity orgies by writing checks for entertainment that would support third-world GDPs. You don’t know them. They’re not you, by and large.
Unfortunately, the polemic class does know them. They are them. The polemics are not your friends. They don’t bring income into your personal economy. They will attack you, your church, your spouse, your pets, your kids and your job for things that you have a right to do and are in no way a crime. They don’t give a f**k. Their whole modus operandi is to manipulate you into giving your power to some other political figure. That’s their job.
You’re already seeing it. Post-election editorial coverage looks like whirling dervish of the other party’s cultural crimes, when the election was won four days ago in a landslide. They don’t know the war is over.
They don’t want to go home. The win isn’t the objective. It’s punishing the other guy for being the opposition. If there is no opposition, that person will make an enemy out of a single woman walking her dog. How? They just decide she is just a little too overweight, for them. She’s taking advantage of the sidewalk and allowing her tiny dog to mess the entire block. Call the City. “She’s a public menace,” when nothing could be further from the truth.
When elections end, polemics starve for awhile until they can pick a fight that makes money. No - not a fight that matters. They have to get in a fight that someone will pay for. They are political mercenaries. Most of them are psychopaths who will find a way of turning an act of simple humanity or kindness into some sort of crime.
You don’t owe them a damn thing.
Now, the Trump class of polemics played the persecution angle straight to the finish line. They are going to have a much, much harder time claiming they are a broken, persecuted minority when Republicans have a supermajority in the Senate, the House and the US Presidency. So maybe they should just fly to Thailand to bet on cockfights during this peaceful transition of power.
Now that this war is over, you are going to need to celebrate Veterans’ Day. Salute your polemic generals. Pin a nice social media medal of recognition on their chest. Remember how you fought together in the battles that mattered and brought valor to your cause for the win. Pat each other on the back. Hug it out and then you go home to unify with your neighbors, because this cold civil war is over, bros.
America needs unity and common cause to rebuild its boundaries and heal its people. Polemics don’t know how to do that. They know how to “fight, fight, fight,” and win, win, win. They don’t know how to perform peace.
Cable newsrooms and enterprise news are going to need an entire reset to focus on current events reporting as a matter of neutrality. The American people are done being told they are the enemy. That means hiring a political localization team to translate to G-20 and the CCP to let them know, they no longer offer editorial laundry services to the middle east, Beijing and Western allied socialist partners if they want to survive. It is appropriate to inform the losers of what they are losing in this election.
America needs to spend time recognizing what winning is and to get settled in that win. That means telling wedge narration to go make samples of turkey stuffing. Throw them all back and then tell them to do it again, until Thanksgiving is over. By that time, it will be Christmas season. Christmas is the national DMZ or demilitarized zone.
They should get the message by inauguration day that America is together again.

‘The [Un]Sanctioned Citizen’ podcast should return to its routine Saturday schedule 11/23/2024.
Have a peaceful observant Veterans’ Day.
You are right, of course, about the polemicists. But, I fear that I am like many, unsure if things truly are squared now.
