Remember That Christmas Wars Make Christmas Orphans
Upon billing for war, remember the forgotten children whose numbers increase.
So close to Christmas, people begin to recede into their shells. Christmas is now a rite of survival in modern society. To gather with others scrambles defense of all your angels. People drink more and pray more. People are harder on themselves and others. They spend more on gifts; which for many are little more than access and admission to reward the ones they love for continuity. They are also appeasement over the mound of offenses and mistrials from living in an unfair world.
We want provision. We want hope. We want to be embraced and to receive a moment of safe passage into a circle of celebration. We know we will get knocked around by the people there, but we hope for a forgiving and understanding spirit to be near. For this time, we bear a lot of interpersonal grief just to make room for children to be happy.
There are children who need love, to be told they are worth loving, to be remembered.
People are adopted. They can do what you do. These are the things you take for granted. Some children remain in the wards of a government housing program, with a certain understanding there was no family to take them, to love them or to grow them. Their needs remain unmet. They won’t be able to do what you do, unless someone meets their needs: loves them, provides for them, grows them.
THEY ARE STILL HERE …. AT CHRISTMAS
For all the risk-free bloviating of rich men who insist on peopling the planet, these orphans are the people who remain with needs unmet. Orphans remain, forfeit and ignored. The Romanian subsidy program to re-people its nation had definite drawbacks and consequential failures for children.
Women manufactured children for money from the State. Some of these children became discarded into orphanages where no one checked on them. There is nothing as sordid as institutional neglect when a government solution goes to rot. No amount of State breeding reparations makes for committed parenting. This is the plot of IZIDOR: BOY FOR A DAY.
Zelensky, the PM for Ukraine, just beggared another $600 billion from the United States suckered through the Senate today. He has nothing but conscript armies working to fight with Russian ground forces this Christmas, generating more fatherless children. Some of those children will lose both parents to war conflict. What are their fates?
Perhaps we as Americans should stipulate that if Zelensky wants to increase money from the US, as backer for his warmaking, they should make certain to increase incentive for safe adoption of the orphans manifest from the conflict. To leave children in the cruel hands of an institution is the worst fate imaginable at Christmas.
The best gift besides life, is a loving family who understands children don’t really grow without parenting. Adopted children included make for a very interesting life, after all. Especially, when Bruce Willis is in your Orphan Christmas story.
AUTHOR UPDATE: I wanted to take this opportunity to also exhume the challenges normal seemingly well-to-do couples, who may be childless and those with children face in today’s economy. Whatever life is like for you, the Holidays are your opportunity to make it easier for someone else.
“Last week, the Wall Street Journal ran a fascinating piece by a high-end worker in New York City. He has a great job and so does his wife. But during the last year, they discovered that they are truly living paycheck to paycheck, barely able to pay the bills. They have discovered home cooking and have pretty well given up concerts and dinners out with friends. The writer was being deeply honest about a problem that seems to affect most people.
They thought that they had finally achieved the long-sought goal of prosperity. Instead, they feel a sense of impending doom. The kicker: the writer is in the C-suite of the Wall Street Journal itself! It turns out that this situation is now typical. A majority of Americans live this way!” - Jeffrey Tucker, EpochTimes

“I fear the Jewish bankers with their craftiness and torturous tricks will entirely control the exuberant riches of America and use it to systematically corrupt modern civilization. The Jews will not hesitate to plunge the whole of Christendom into wars and chaos so that the earth should become their inheritance.” ― Otto Von Bismark . . .
