LETTER WRITING: How to Face NGO proxy "Trusted Messengers" Informing for CISA & the Intel State.
This is an example letter composed to assist you in asserting yourself against Censor-Surveillance upon the recuiting of unprotected classes of public informants.
The “Trusted Messenger” reporting system recruits people to filter flag or file SARS on legal activity for the federal government. This is to illegally censor things they don’t like said online or in public. This is against the law because Intel agencies, most of them foreign, do not have any jurisdiction to procure domestic intelligence to limit your speech. So they try to get US citizens to volunteer this information to them. Domestic agencies have no legal powers to do this whatsoever.
*CAVEAT - AI’s are not human. They do not enjoy speech rights. Speech generated by an AI has no special protections under the law.
This is very, very illegal for foreign policy agency government to do. They have a history of violating their own policies, rules and professional limits to break the laws that apply to them. So when they do this, you need to know who to report corruption complaints to.
It is also illegal for domestic agencies to solicit American to provide censor surveillance on the American citizens without a purpose and a criminal interest warrant. It interferes and jeopardizes with citizens natural rights. It is an abuse of federal law enforcement office powers to recruit foreign nationals at a publicly funded University to provide noncriminal information on a US person, with intent to stop them from speaking freely about a subject.
You cannot call 3rd party censor reporting “research”. It is a misclassification of the purpose and intent of appropriating US funds to an NGO for legal purposes. That makes the whole enterprise a government graft operation. Graft is a form of public corruption and is a crime.
HERE ARE THE RULES
Foreign agencies like the State Department (GEC), designees for the UN Assembly, direct reports for CISA, the FBI and anyone under the ODNI agency tree (CIA/NSA/FVEY/DoD/Space Nazi first party contractor) must conform to something known as “purpose and specificity” for American surveillance, with or without a warrant. You are allowed to know the specific purpose for any solicitation of surveillance in any public foray, using US public resources of your person.
You may compose a demand letter (No lawyer required. It can be two sentences if you desire.)
ATTN: [SPACE NAZI AGENCY] OMBUDSMAN/ Federal Compliance personnel,
I request to know the specific purpose of any surveillance solicitation of my person [FIRST NAME, LAST NAME] by your agency and when you have been collecting information on my person.
Sincerely
[YOUR NAME]
They will likely reply and send follow up instructions. If they attempt to scuttle your request to know what they intend to know about you, it is likely unlawful or incidental collection with no purpose whatsoever.
If that is the type of letter you receive, scan a copy and send it directly to the following offices: the Agency’s OIG & Privacy Officer, your State Attorneys General, the US Attorneys General, your US Senator- requesting case work for solicitation of information, your US Representatitve - requesting case work for solicitation for this information. The answer you want is to the query : “What is the specific purpose for solicitation of surveillance of my person [at X account]?”. Then wait for a response.
At this time, you may also demand cease and desist of personal surveillance and administrators purge non-compliant caches of data collected from the “fruit of the poisonous tree” - or investigations collecting incidental noncriminal information they cannot admit in a legal court process. It was gathered without a warrant.
HOW TO LEGALLY COUNTER VOLUN-TATTLERS, NGOS & SOCIAL MEDIA 3rd PARTY CENSOR-SURVEILLANCE
Here is an example letter I sent to Substack.
To Whom Most Concerns at Substack Legal,
Any government pointed SARS solicited toward my Substack social media account must conform to Texas State laws, where I am based. They must also conform to US law limits to federal intelligence gathering compliant with the Privacy Act of 1974 and of the Privacy Protection Act while performing acts of news gathering and editorial.
Any NGO funded by US dollars masked as a public interest firm working for the US government must self-declare their affiliation with government reporting agencies and self evidence if they implicate me in any kind of wrongdoing. There is no shelter for accusers under 6th Amendment rules.
United States intelligence agencies are limited by law abiding purpose and specificity in any clandestine surveillance. NGOs and volunteers for the mass surveillance aims of the Intel state enjoy no such protections.
If anyone has reported my account acting as an agent of the United States government by proxy, please release a spreadsheet with their names, identities and affiliations. They are not protected in this activity by the law. If Substack has adopted such contract duties, please cease and desist today upon this legal invocation.

I do hope so sincerely that this helps you. If someone blows you off if/when you try to defend yourself using credible legal basis, it is for one of two reasons:
They don’t want to do anything about this problem.
They benefit from the problem or the suffering you currently endure.
In either case, do not waste any time on their scorn. They are not going to help you get out from underneath illegal federal surveillance.
Follow up with your leads and your letters. Be patient and stay in touch with anti-corruption authorities in this process. Gather your notes and be ready to tell people like me your story. Believe me. I want to hear your experience and I will listen.
