Letter to The DOJ: Free Assange, Drop the Charges now.
Day X - 2/20/2024 - UK hearing to extradite Julian Assange is next week.
Dear Department of Justice Leadership,
I write pleading with this Institution to drop charges of espionage violation against Julian Assange and also Edward Snowden.
[I just witnessed a Chinese-American student receive a 4 month sentence for espionage on trade secrets. Assange has been held for 5 years in Belmarsh prison without a single public conviction.]
Julian Assange's case has been reviewed in International court systems and by special UN rapporteur, Nils Melzer. They found Assange is a prisoner of bad faith intelligence legal actors who interfered in the UK court system to confine him in Belmarsh prison facility without a single viable conviction for anything.
As the DOJ harbors criminal complaint against him for acts of journalism, I ask this Institution to drop the charges and release UK court system officials from extradition demands and write towards his permanent release to the Australian government.
News reporting is not a crime. The US Intel State are not a law enforcement body. They possess no law enforcement powers on the International press.
Thank you for recieving my remarks.
Sincerely,
[YOUR NAME TOO]

Trumps biggest mistakes- charging Assange and not understanding the evil power of the security state who were using all their power to destroy him as well. He should have freed Assange and pardoned Snowden.
Cruelty is a specialty of the powerful, and is fueled by their own guilt.
