DIGITAL ID MANDATES: It’s USG corruption at the speed of innovation.

Suppression-as-a-Service, using government identity mandates, will only amplify as stores are able to broker away legal uses of the Internet for trade exchanges - on your back, of course!

Globalism, more technically known as neoliberal fascism, coordinates modern technical contracts with the consumer public for gadgets and then graduates them as instantly governable without a vote, law or legal process integration of sovereignty, public legal rights or rule of law. It’s corruption at the speed of innovation.

A desperate amplified throttle led by DHS and NIST to conference ID security onto mobile phones at the tail of the Biden Administration signals no amount of global concentration of power is ever going to be enough. That certainly was the case during peak pandemic emergency despotic powers. These same global governments will create a new opportunity to concentrate powers to kill their citizens arbitrarily using technical mandates be it Monkeypox, COVID-19 v. VIIXXIVII, or SDGs, as inclined by the G-8 Bali agreements. This has not gone over well legally, fiscally or consensually with governed publics internationally.

This illiberal human rights practice over the term of the Biden Administration, and part of the Trump Administration, has allowed corporations to amend a legal contract, usually the Terms of Service underneath the nose of consumers. It alerts them with a rather vague and dishonestly, unfairly presented ‘update’ leveraging and up or down legal consent to continue use of a device like mobile smart phones. Some of the technical lobbies broker complicity with governments demand for singular access or instant rulemaking, as a trade off to continue to abuse access to sensitive data for research and advertising to sell in BRICS money laundries abroad.

It’s not legal. Yet it still happens due to corruption in Washington D.C. and overindulged centralized governments who augmented concentrations of intelligence and power to actively suppress their own constituents - against their own laws, violating human rights. Most of this was markedly during the pandemic emergency rule when they instantaneously exposed their public to mass harms by mandating public injury with unsafe vaccines and identity mandates.

The identity mandates were crucial to their plans to control access to the government benefits environment. However, the demands to integrate ID’s digitally were unsuccessful because the existing systems were not integrated properly and given time to upgrade for sufficient protections. This further exposed citizens under their cruel mandates to mass exposure to fraud.

Governments, like the State of Washington, are still at fault. There has been NO accountability against Washington State for the financial injury from identity fraud and exposures during the pandemic. They were responsible for placing vulnerable publics in an unfair ISE environment where sensitive identity articles were required to access benefits. They also forced medical vaccine passports to access normal business and travel venues due to pressures from the Trudeau government for basic trade. Canada’s Trudeau government leaned on smartphone stores to provide individual intelligence to individually sanction dissenting waitresses during the national Trucker protests against the vaccine mandates and PRC led corresponding tyrannies.

Now what has been in the crosshairs consistently over the last several years are virtual identity requirements to access sites for children as means to control minor use of the Internet to stop porn and trafficking to other adult use sites. The US government and the FCC, the regulator for mobile tower signals and telecomm rules for phones, could have made carriers the gatekeepers for phone registries instead of phone makers like Apple and Android.

However, Apple and Android want the power to mediate and create terms of service arbitrarily on behalf of their global government partners. They would lose that opportunity to leverage concentrate control for the governments through their platform Stores if the telecomm carriers were to arbitrate age-based access platforms and dictated OS terms for sale at stores.

I think it would be best if the FCC regulated locally held telecomm carriers like Verizon, T-mobile, Qwest, Spectrum etc. arbitrated these terms instead of Apple, because it supplies services to family plans. They have an address for the minor and corresponding parents on file. They work with local law enforcement on CSAM, NCMIC and Amber alert issues now. They would process the age and identity of the minor user ONCE at the point of sale to establish activation for a minor-designed OS. The carriers would work out what apps are allowed on the plan bundles.

That is why today the biggest fights to arbitrate and mandate identity for US adults online is thrown singularly into the pit with a monopoly of 2 smartphone companies. For example, Apple’s iStore demonstrated this week, they would not allow Brazilian iPhone subscribers to carry certain VPN products to circumvent use and access of State censored platforms online. So Apple has, again, become the tool for the State to expose their citizens, unfairly, to mass security harms to control their speech and micromanage their use of online communications.

So we are seeing a pattern here. Apple, in particular, does whatever is asked of them in exchange for trade access to their markets. Brazil is necessary to launder the monetization of global data trafficking for BRICS exchange continuity. In order for Apple to get there data-money they have to do whatever Demoraesh says. If it’s hop one foot and pick off VPNs Tuesday afternoon, then that is what Apple will do and they will underwrite the sudden changes to the Terms of Service to do it.

NIST can throw securitized terms at smartphone developers in the US, but it won’t co-administrate the legal environment for what a smartphone is used for. DHS cannot mandate that you have or use a smartphone. However, that would work in the interests of Apple and Android with the blessing of "exploits” from the NSA.

To mandate that you MUST have an ID to operate a phone that is wholly exposed to criminal exploits and to then treat you summarily like a criminal who must always be watched is what they have planned. It’s what they’ve been doing while they degrade the meaning of law enforcement and “reinvent” applicable terms of what your civil liberties mean on a Sunday during a national emergency.

Don’t expect anything different. You must refuse the global smartphone ID mandate or the silent collective Stasi speech cops will dial into your dinner table every night because they squeezed Apple for a little bit more fascist market share.
