“China’s National security law? Don’t mention it.”
A Letter to US Senator Ted Cruz, could be CC'd to Senator Paul, Senator Rubio and Senator Cotton.
Dear Senator Ted Cruz,
I originally considered writing this letter to Senator Cotton, but I decided it was best to write to you for two reasons. First, you are my Texas US Senator. Second, you are on the Science and Tech committee that controls the global commerce dependencies of which the following concerns.
Artificial Intelligence is currently sucking the air out of the room in for global aims to drag Western markets into a feudal requiem of a free society. AI pandering to BRICS economic partners manifests as a stone-faced denialism to public recognition China’s national security laws. Tongue wagging in India and Brazil about US character and national security priorities, our wars, our moral defects etc. is practiced as a distraction so YOU don’t notice the intelligence undermining they are committed to in Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa using data as monetary exchange. What am I talking about? “[China’s] National security law? Don’t mention it.”
I’ll give you a live example. No one reliant on BRICS relations Chinese financial infrastructure in tech ever seems to acknowledge or admit there is a national security law emanating from China. This drips all the way down to online influencers using these exchanges for pay. When Congress passed laws that essentially sanctioned our data for use abroad in these exchanges with China, it became a tapered sanction. No one who uses the exchanges with US data ever publicly admits it as a legal matter.
I’ll give you a real time illustration. Edward Snowden used Hong Kong as a landing strip to touch down to convey what had to be one of the biggest technical betrayals to US citizens with the International community. I don’t think he could do that today because Hong Kong is now a captured territory, subject to China’s national security laws.
However, if you were to inspect current dealings of Glenn Greenwald, the human instrument who helped break that story, he never acknowledges China’s national security laws in any of his influencer conveyances. In fact, while in Brazil, he plays devils advocate for China in his editorial as mea culpa for simply being too American for online business. He could never do what he did in 2012 today due to the strictures, not of American national security technical probes, but due to Chinese hackles that took over their market enterprise, chip and technology systems as legal requisite to do business.
You see very similar conduct in Seattle and Sand Hill. While AI bulges in considerations, US data centers and chip manufacturing at brick and mortar enterprise here in Texas hope to get those International build contracts from American enterprise and the US government, for clients like NVIDIA to run generative power domestically. Each of the BRICS reliant enterprise environments has a legal stifle on US threaded information. However, none of these enterprises has to register as a BRICS enterprise agent or foreign agent processor for data that may end up, by proxy, sitting in a data center in China by way of India by way of Brazil by way of Tucson, AZ.
When this Congress passes law, it intends to be enforceable by regulations through things like registries and annual compliance and conformance audits. The speed that is behind GenAI development is going to literally be able to kill groups of people anywhere in the world. As these government devs belly up to the bar for US debt dollars to build their global enterprise spread we need to place some additional conditions and safeguards that require people who trade personal information for money in the BRICS exchanges register as a foreign agent processor for China and Russia.
If we are going to be at unconditional war with these two nation states, the US cannot afford to be sloppy with personal data. At the moment, Seattle and Northern California are big targets for Chinese migration infiltration. Vancouver,BC due North, is a defacto Triad base of sorts for the PLA. The US government has known immigration, legal or not, to Canada and the US was China’s strategy since the 1990s. Overt PRC influence in public elections is well documented. Their drug and eugenics campaigns have been driven up by local leftist groups, and co-directed by a confusion of Americanized anarcho-communist splintering throughout their political system. That also manifests across the US border as non-legal pot grows, human trafficking rings, overt crime, Soros socialists-for-pay groups, ANTIFA and US legal pins on USAID to directly fund cartel trafficking.
It should really bother you that USAID is being used to send Chinese into Northern California and Seattle where most of US technical business holdings and intelligence is deliberately overlooked to not piss off China. That’s where a lot of US data is held: medical data, US government contract data, US Intel State data. All of the data. So, while the brick and mortar goes here to Texas – a lot of their strategic criminal migrants have made our State a physical and infrastructure target of our power grids and our data centers, as well.
You have several overlapping problems here, Senator. A conflict of interest at USAID and the US Intel State who are pandering as investors to China and undermining US physical security, as well as information security. You still have the problem soft targets of Washington State and California. Really any US State sharing a border with Canada is going to start experiencing terms and conditions led by Chinese proxy policy.
That probably includes the squinching of US speech as “national security” and disinformation cause. Americans quibbling about a candidate during an election is normal. The CIA and CISA taping their mouth shut online is not. “Let’s do it like China,” and hire China to do it might be one and the same, Senator Cruz.
For all of the personal freedoms thrown into the fires of National Security cause, we are not getting the benefits. In fact, we are STILL actively being undermined by agencies and leadership profiteering through China. To deal and place conditions on enterprise systems is one thing. It is different to deal with a corrupt internal agent inside of the government who can hire the functional equivalent of a Tencent army to harm US and American dissenters to their abuse of the office.
So we have demeaned physical security in Washington State and California on IP and data enterprise downwind of Canada’s Triad establishment. We have a surge of unlawful Chinese migrants coming from the South to root the West Coast with illegal drug enterprise, slavery, University and tech enterprise. We have managers and technical investors inside of the US Intel State enabling this through USAID. What else? They have their hand out for $32 BN of US debt dollars to keep this franchise all simpatico in the name of Generative AI.
I want a lot of things. What I really want is for Intel State actors to not be able to profit from Chinese business today and to register as agents of foreign enterprise if they do. Let’s not fund this unconditionally. They want all power to reach for a kill switch to end my voice and sanction my pay scale online against my 1st and 4th Amendments. I need a kill switch for their corruption in the event that this is foreign influence puppeteering as “National Security”.
So they need to announce on the front end an association with China and register all of their known investments embedded in China, BRICS, Washington State and the State of California. They’re all supine to China.
Thank you for your deep held considerations of Texas securities now and into the future.
Sincerely,
Sheila Dean

Wow, a very thorough explanation of the situation. Thanks for all the hard work in comprising this letter to our Senator. Hopefully a response will be received. Most importantly an actual action will be taken.
