Changes to the [Un]Sanctioned Citizen Podcast
We have made some necessary changes to the podcast.
UPDATE 7-5-2023: We are no longer podcasting news regularly at Callin.com. Our content can be found here at Substack, Podomatic & RSS.com. Due to changes in the Terms of Service user agreement, the platform is not going to meet the needs of continued regular programming. The technical approaches to voice work became overtly problematic and communication to fix problems, like technical support for problem experiences, were eliminated.
We repeatedly asked for technical help with the program for live programming mic interruptions, deprecated listener alerts, and very serious drop outs or obfuscation of the entire program on dates we had scheduled a ‘room’. It had something to do with the platform’s transition to Rumble. Once the transition occurred, the Terms of Service officially changed. At first we rejoiced. Then we realized the platform was likely actively sabotaging the technical relay of the progam.
Callin adopted a policy of non-communication. The new ToS gives the platform the ability to randomly cut microphones and to dissapear or obscure entire programs so that attendees and subscribers could not locate it to interact or listen. They observed capability to do this without notice, communication or recognition of contest.
We had never believed interruption of service was due to administration of the platform prior to May. The contents of the new ToS made problematic passive-aggressive service interruption an administrative entitlement. We did not agree to the new terms. So we changed the way we use the platform.
The way we use Callin now would be to conduct live Q & A only as an occasional venue. Please re-subscribe to our podast content at Substack, Podomatic & RSS.com if you follow us from Callin.com.
###
The [Un]Sanctioned Citizen has been around for roughly a year at Callin.com. We have broadened our reach and the ability to share our content on a variety of other platforms to increase our reach. Over the course of that time period we have shuffled different air slots with different offerings for live and pre-recorded programming available at Callin, Podomatic, Substack and RSS.com.
So there have been a few changes.
We have gone dark on Twitter. This is due to the advent of delegating the platform to it’s new CEO, Linda Yaccarino, who by all estimations is a highly qualified elemental professional for media organization. She is also a World Economic Forum executive. There’s a breach of values between the repressive feudal outlook of the global tech elitists like, Sam Altman and Marc Andreesen, on medical and personal privacy of American citizens and their wholsale support of gloabl censorship regimes and staying in bed with the PRC for manufacturing. This translates simply to impeding the ability to bring grievance protected by the 1st Amendment to US Congressional figures online. We don’t hang on in blind faith. This is Elon Musk’s private platform. He can run it however he likes. I just don’t like the way it’s being run right now. If it changes, we will come back. For now, you can keep up with our usual fare on Substack Notes.
We are investing in media transitions to Rumble from the Callin platform. Callin is an audio visual platform, complete with video representation and relay. Their GoLive function is important for breaking news and events in those spontaneous moments that otherwise would not be captured. However, Rumble is a powerful streaming service that will include Callin content and would further amplify our voice. Eventually, we want to make the jump to visual media.
Callin’s partnership with Rumble is promising for alleviating pesky global trolls and arbitrary platformer harassment. It also promises income from our work on the show at the Rumble platform with streaming, advertising and our generous subscribers at Substack.
We are working on the show’s audio quality. We are increasing our market and press outreach. If you would like to work with us on the show production, booking, marketing or online venue help, let us know.
We are tailoring strategic divestiture from tech platforms based on alignment with investment portfolios feeding the mass surveillance agencies abusing the law and personal freedoms of citizens in the United States. As we discover platforms who feed the parasite surveillance state, like Facebook and Google, we will tell you. This is so that you can make an informed decision. We are looking into DoD, neoliberal/neocon, ESG, PRC/PLA and of course InQTel the US Intelligence Agencies investments and board memberships at social media platforms. This poses the qualified rebuke to manufacturing NGOs in places like the UK, with a FVEY agreement, to circumvent legal speech rule to launder censor-surveillance.
Other immediate issues that require a platform divestment as a User, include DHS’ program, Night Fury, assigning a ‘social media risk score’ to US online accounts as probable appeasement to China’s social media policy known as business continuity response. The same clandestine agencies thumb their noses at attempts to defund their illegal operations. They use US social media to ‘self-fund’, while doing business with China as means to subsidize American surveillance using platformer data. It is warrantless mass surveillance. Send us your suggestions and queries and we will follow up with you. Do not cooperate with illegal censorship and warrantless mass surveillance.
We have decided to walk solo again. We disjoined Callin former, co-host Gregor Hinkley after a broad variety of communications issues became unworkable in administration.
We will air every Saturday at roughly 2PM. Same content.
