2 Letters to the President
Immigration & labor policy balance work and ODNI and mass surveillance technology reforms.
Dear President Trump & Staff,
This is a brief letter of very sincere approval in a decision to target 'the worst first' as Democratic-run sanctuary cities. The anti-cartel terrorism and crime calculation could not have been more accurate for a law enforcement priority. I thank you for your dedicated service to the American people, to our civil peace and public safety.
This of course is a short-term solution to a long-term problem. I highly recommend jettisoning a temporary labor Visa program to fill the demands of low-skilled workers. We do get to screen anyone who comes in this country for criminal background. I would ask you to notice and call out the interest groups who would oppose such a practical solution that would resolve immense human suffering and criminal black market traffic threads of people
I hear that we are a nation of laws, but if we undermine and make excuses for those who are here illegally for economic causes, you seek to annul relevant laws that the US people labored hard to pass through Congress. They have earned immigration enforcement.
The People of the United States, the other POTUS need and requires immediate common sense immigration reforms. This will require more Visa administration from Congress casework desks and the US State Department based on bi-lateral labor Visa agreements. Companies should not keep the labor quotas open ended to avoid overstays and abuse of the Visa system. They should come to the table with specifics and not be overcharged for sponsorship.
You could get immediate relief by producing a pilot EO to negotiate bi-lateral Visas for those who have applied to the CBP Home app in good faith. Of course, you reserve the right to deport people who make trouble. Perhaps you can call it unironically the ‘Entitlement Loss Visa’ for farms, construction, hotels and restauranteurs. Those industries should not hold the rest of the nation hostage with bad immigration policy; which directly funds narco-terror groups and criminal gang supervision of coyote debtors in Sanctuary cities.
No one has the legal right to hold slave debt over people in United States territories. Especially not cartels, who are the unelected government of a lot of migrant populated neighborhoods. They take tax debt from businesses. They also conduct criminal sedition against local and national governments in the name of any number of foreign government associations, including Mexico and China, as well as their own gang flags. They want war because they want territory. They yell about “stolen land”, while occupying as institutional squatters working to finance foreign terror networks with drug and prostituting rings. They can go to jail or get the hell out of our country.
We should take laborers from nations who are in good standing with the US, who have reciprocal trade and who pose no national security policy threat to us. For instance, we can take laborers from the majority of countries in Latin America, but not Venezuela, Haiti and Cuba (as example).
Your administration's decision has brought sanity to people in rational fear of arson, public acts of terrorism, USAID conspiracy to abuse funding for Medicare and Medicaid draining resources for small healthcare providers.
The events over the June 14th weekend for the 250th birthday of US Army honors dominated the news feeds.
I believe civil defense will again shine very strong today because of the actions of this administration. These actions are a total win for America.
[Thank you, President Trump and your State Department staffers, for considering my remarks this Wednesday Summer morning. We wish you well and success for America’s sake, but in great spirit of trade and peaceful coordination of interests.]
Sincerely,
Sheila Dean

Dear President Trump and Corresponding Staff,
This is an urgent letter regarding the strong attention toward securing America's cyber networks; while lessening security failures leading to the national mass surveillance industry, with specificity on AI use in TikTok, Palantir and Clearview AI.
I will be writing to my Congressional Senators and Representatives about median enforcement of the TikTok ban. I will be urging them to produce a reform pilot to silo business traffic. I suggest businesses would need to apply for an FCC waiver continue to use a banned app creating surveillance capital and intelligence for the PRC. Everyone else who has children and non-consumer needs should be dropped and accounts suspended from using the app in accordance with the laws passed by Congress. The FCC and whatever’s left of CISA should assist with US States with technical conformance. We have to protect America from Chinese predatory intelligence and their AI.
The forfeit of active police presence usually results in effete do-nothing "security" contracts with mass surveillance capital VCs using our tax money. The NSA does nothing to protect domestic America while it spies on Americans illegally. That is why I am urging you to overturn Bush and Obama era global mass surveillance policy with the reforms provided by Tulsi Gabbard at the ODNI.
Her plans are practical and they bring security to America's domestic front, lowering cause for enmity with the US foreign policy State and the domestic US population. For decades there has been poisonous overreach to the benefit of foreign governments. Intelligence agency overreach into US citizens populations has not been just tolerated. It has been weaponized by the federal government to demoralize the citizenry to the celebration of leftist demagogues who want US failure and similitude with despotic communist regimes.
That is why I urge you to streamline any use of Palantir to scope of ONLY foreign enemies and foreign nationals . You need US warrants to spy on American citizens. That's the law, no matter how much the FBI whines about it. Please, get a warrant. Not a blanket warrant with hugely broad scope. A regular warrant for criminal suspects.
Clearview AI is contracted by the PRC. They can buy any data they process in the US. Please do not use Clearview. Drop their contracts AND make new laws to protect US from data license to the PRC.
Israel is a key ally, but the Knesset is run almost entirely by socialists, both fascist and communist. Their government is in constant conflict in the region. For this reason alone, we should not allow them to perform global oversight of our citizens for 'protective surveillance'. They should not have streamlined access to spy on our networks. They should receive no special favors or contracts to conduct licensed surveillance on our citizenry. When they're having a bad time, they could sell the information. An Israeli security fire sale does not protect American security interests.
Thank for for your audience on these vital matters of mass surveillance reform to conform to the US 1st and 4th Amendments.
God bless your work ongoing.
Sincerely,
Sheila Dean
